Description: There are three different Garden Seats: Hexagonal, Barrel Shape and 100 Antiques (also barrel shaped). This pair of barrel shapes are just about the same size, 18 1/2″ tall and they weigh about 36 lbs., second only to tanks in weight. Our dog Molly is guarding these beautifully decorated garden seats. There are two flowered circles with cutouts into the hollow interior on the sides. Also there are two separate Canton scene panels on the sides. The tops have cutouts also. The rain cloud border is not on the tops like the other garden seat forms but they are a few inches below the rims on the sides. The bottoms are unglazed. Four flowers decorate around the top’s sides and four down along the bottom rims. All garden seats have raised knobs and here the left seat has 75 knobs and the right one 80 knobs. The knobs are both decorative and probably have the function of preventing chips or cracks if they are bumped into.

All garden seats are rare and we would rank them in this rarity order among themselves: Barrel-least rare, Hexagonal next with 100 Antiques the rarest.
